ArcEye Command is a business software platform operated by ArcEye Defense for internal operations, customer support, knowledge management, reporting, and security system workflow management.

This policy applies to information collected through the ArcEye Command web application, connected integrations, support interactions, and related operational services. It is intended for business users and organizational administrators, not for personal, family, or household use.

• Account and identity information, including name, work email address, organization, role, and authentication metadata.
• Content you submit or generate in the platform, including tickets, comments, chat prompts, knowledge base content, uploaded files, and workflow notes.
• Integration data from connected services such as camera health, device telemetry, account mappings, alerts, and other operational records.
• Usage and technical information, including IP address, browser type, device information, request logs, session cookies, and diagnostic data.
• Support and communications records when you contact ArcEye Defense for implementation, onboarding, or troubleshooting.

• Provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve ArcEye Command.
• Authenticate users, enforce role-based access, and manage tenant access boundaries.
• Process tickets, knowledge base workflows, chat interactions, and connected integration activity.
• Monitor service reliability, investigate incidents, detect misuse, and protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the platform.
• Communicate about support issues, product changes, maintenance events, and security matters.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our contractual or platform rights.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information in the following limited circumstances:

• With service providers and subprocessors that support hosting, authentication, database storage, analytics, communications, file processing, and AI-assisted features.
• With your organization and its authorized administrators for account administration, audit, support, and operational oversight.
• With third-party integrations that you or your organization choose to connect to ArcEye Command.
• If required by law, regulation, legal process, or valid governmental request.
• To investigate security issues, enforce our terms, or protect ArcEye Defense, our customers, or the public from harm.
• As part of a corporate transaction such as a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

ArcEye Command uses cookies and similar technologies for session management, authentication, security, and basic product functionality. We may also use operational logs and diagnostics to understand feature usage, performance, and reliability.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and audit records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary based on data type, customer configuration, support history, and legal requirements.

ArcEye Defense uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you use ArcEye Command through your employer or another organization, that organization may control your account, connected integrations, and certain data processing decisions. Questions about account access, corrections, exports, or deletion requests should first be directed to your organization's ArcEye Command administrator.

ArcEye Command is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the service.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the effective date above and provide additional notice when appropriate.
