ArcEye Command is a business software platform operated by ArcEye Defense for internal operations, customer support, knowledge management, reporting, and security system workflow management.
This policy applies to information collected through the ArcEye Command web application, connected integrations, support interactions, and related operational services. It is intended for business users and organizational administrators, not for personal, family, or household use.

8. Your Organization and Your Choices
If you use ArcEye Command through your employer or another organization, that organization may control your account, connected integrations, and certain data processing decisions. Questions about account access, corrections, exports, or deletion requests should first be directed to your organization's ArcEye Command administrator.
9. Children
ArcEye Command is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the service.
10. Changes to This Policy
