Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of ArcEye Command and related services provided by ArcEye Defense.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ArcEye Command, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you are using the service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Business Use Only

ArcEye Command is intended for business and operational use by authorized personnel of ArcEye Defense customers, prospects, partners, and internal teams. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law, your organization's policies, and these terms.

3. Accounts and Access

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when accessing the service.
  • ArcEye Defense may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account has been compromised, is being misused, or no longer belongs to an authorized user.
  • Your organization may administer, suspend, or terminate your access to ArcEye Command at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use ArcEye Command to:

  • Access data, systems, or accounts without authorization.
  • Interfere with the security, integrity, availability, or performance of the platform.
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, harmful content, or material that infringes the rights of others.
  • Reverse engineer, probe, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or confidential platform logic except where expressly permitted by law.
  • Use the service to violate law, regulation, contractual restrictions, or the privacy rights of any person.

5. Customer Data and Integrations

You retain responsibility for the lawfulness, accuracy, and permissions associated with data submitted to ArcEye Command or connected through third-party integrations. By connecting an integration, you authorize ArcEye Defense to access, process, and display the data required to provide the requested functionality.

Third-party products and integrations may be governed by separate terms, privacy policies, and technical limitations. ArcEye Defense is not responsible for third-party systems outside our reasonable control.

6. Intellectual Property

ArcEye Command, including its software, interface design, workflows, branding, documentation, and related content, is owned by ArcEye Defense or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, no license or ownership right is transferred to you.

7. Availability, Changes, and Beta Features

ArcEye Defense may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. Some features may be marked as beta, pilot, preview, or evaluation features and may have limited support, incomplete functionality, or different reliability characteristics.

8. AI-Assisted and Operational Outputs

ArcEye Command may provide AI-assisted summaries, workflow suggestions, search results, and operational views. These outputs are intended to support human decision-making and should be reviewed before being relied on for safety, legal, contractual, or incident-response decisions.

9. Disclaimer

Except as expressly provided in a separate written agreement, ArcEye Command is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArcEye Defense disclaims all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law and except where a separate written agreement states otherwise, ArcEye Defense will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to ArcEye Command.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to ArcEye Command if required for security, legal compliance, non-payment, protection of other users, breach of these terms, or platform integrity. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect after access ends.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted to this page unless stated otherwise.
